Have you found your compatible sleep partner?
A duvet that is warmer in one half than the other is on sale to help those who argue over bedtime temperatures.
So would this appeal to you? And how compatible are you and your partner in the sleeping stakes?
(I am only interested in sleeping together compatibility and nowt else!!!!)

No..she steals the blankets then kicks them off when she gets hot. I wake up at least 3 times a night to make the bed sheets.
If I didn’t love her, I would smother her with a pillow becuase of sleep deprivation.

OK, everyone has their so called own body temperature. For me, i like it just right while my hubby like cooler. So i have thicker blanket and he has a thinner blanket.
But nowadays we have switch to silk blanket and bed sheet. It is kind of working at the same time for both of us. It regulate our body Temperature, it just amazing. You could try it out.
Nothing in the world is perfect.

As long as she sleeps on her side of the bed instead of trying to snuggle up against me to stay warm, I sleep pretty well. My body temperature runs hotter and it is easy for me to become uncomforable with her drapped over or next to me for a long period of time (which interupts my sleep).

I have the warmest duvet, my husband and he has the best, me. Compatible sleep partner is all about caring for each other’s needs and wants. Its a lot more "love filled" when you are cold and your partner offers his embrace to warm you up.

Me and my guy tried separate duvet but after 3 years of that found it was affecting the relationship, now we have a super king size Duvet
He is great, he gets ready for bed first then as Im getting ready he lies on my side & puts heater on then when I come in my side is warm then he moves to his cold sie and I get into my warm side
